Great Alternative To A Traditional Sport Coat
DateSeptember 5, 2013

This is a great looking contemporary sport coat. It's a medium-weight, somewhat distressed, fabric that feels very comfortable and will wear just fine in the cooler Northern California climate. Yes it does look somewhat worn right out of the box, but that's the appeal. It wears and looks like your favorite broken-in jacket. Can be dressed up (nothing formal of course) or dressed down. It would be nice to have this in another color ... Dark brown perhaps.

Quality is off

The fit is superb. However, the were sloppily patched on. The seams look worn. I received the blazer in the mail yesterday and returned it the same day. The clerk asked me if I washed it and I showed her the shipping material and noted I received it the same day. She was surprised and agreed it looked, "off" and was surprised because she said, "LEC usually has good quality." The quality was that bad. It looks cheap. I guess LEC isn't perfect.

I bought this to wear with jeans and such. It is way better than expected! I have worn it multiple times now and it has weirdly taken the place of much more expensive blazers. I will say the buttons are not my thing...I'll be trading them with some MoP. But what a great jacket with great value!
