Our son loves this bag, and the material feels quite durable. Will definitely buy more like this in the future!

Unstructured and thin, but the pattern is great!!

Was a little disappointed when the bag arrived. Has little or no structure to it and the material is very thin. Thought there would be more pockets in the main compartment, not in a front pocket. Does not seem like the quality of product that I am used to getting from Lands End. My son does love the pattern and the style, and he will give it a good workout this year.

really good, but could be great....

My son loves the print and the messenger style bag. However, for the amount of books and things that 5th grade requires it's tough to get it all in this bag. I have no doubt it will hold up as well as the LE back pack he has had since kindergarten, but I was mildly disappointed in the mediocre sized main compartment.

Seems Thin but needs the test of time.

My initial thought was...Wow, this seems really thin and flimsy and doesn't have reinforced seems. My son LOVES it, so we will try it, but it will have to compete with our old Hannah Anderson backpacks (that lasted thru 2 years of school with boys) in order to win in my book! I will reassess in 6-12 months.
